FAQ — Decentralized Transfers Platform

Everything you want to know about how it works, security, fees, and verifying transparency.

Questions & answers

This is a decentralized social funding platform built on blockchain technology. Its goal is to provide a transparent technical tool that lets anyone in the world (Gaza, Syria, South Africa, or anywhere else) create their own donation link and share it on social media. We are not a charity — we provide the technical infrastructure (the smart contract and the interface) to earn a lawful living, and to make it easier for support to flow directly from a donor to a recipient.
No, the platform is open to everyone around the world. The donor is the one who chooses who to donate to, based on their own personal knowledge of a user — not based on any geographic filtering from us.

Yes — there are fees:

  • Donation fee: 5% (five percent) of the donation amount, deducted automatically by the smart contract to fund platform development, server upkeep, and ongoing operating costs.
  • Registration fee (one-time only): A small, one-time fee (not monthly), set at the site admin's discretion. You can pay it through your decentralized wallet (MetaMask) in crypto, or through local apps in shekels, calculated at a rate of 3 shekels per dollar at the time of payment — you'll receive your own link immediately after confirmation. In special cases where someone genuinely has no money at all, the admin may waive the fee entirely — reach out to him directly to explain your situation.
Responsibility for verifying a beneficiary's identity rests entirely with the donor. We only provide the technical tool. When a beneficiary shares their page link on social media, the donor visits it, sees the content, photos, and location, and satisfies themselves about the story before donating. That's how trust works in Web3.
Shutting down the website does not affect the smart contract that lives on BNB Smart Chain. Once a beneficiary has their link, they can keep it and share it at any time. If the website closes, the contract keeps running, and donors can still donate directly through the old link or through BscScan — the funds will reach the beneficiary without any involvement from us.

For donors

Open the family's page, add the needs or amount you'd like to cover to your cart, then choose to check out. Connect a Web3 wallet (like MetaMask), pick USDT or BNB, and sign the transaction. Your funds go straight from your wallet to the family's wallet through the smart contract.
You need a Web3 wallet such as MetaMask, connected to BNB Smart Chain (BSC). If your wallet is on a different network, you'll be prompted to switch before you can donate.
You can donate in USDT (BEP-20) or BNB. Amounts on each family's page are shown in US dollars, and converted to your chosen currency at checkout.
That family hasn't linked a payout wallet yet, so donations aren't open for their page. This is intentional — funds can only be accepted once there's a wallet to receive them. Please check back later.
The platform itself doesn't ask you for your name or identity — only your wallet address, which is public on the blockchain by nature. Anyone with your wallet address or transaction hash can see that a donation happened, but nothing links that address to your real-world identity unless you share it yourself.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled once confirmed, and we have no ability to move funds out of a beneficiary's wallet on your behalf. Please double-check the family's page and the amount before signing any transaction in your wallet.
Yes — a 5% fee is deducted automatically by the smart contract to cover platform development and server costs, the same fee described above in the general questions. The remaining 95% goes directly to the family's wallet.
