باستخدامك لهذا النظام، فإنك توافق بشكل كامل وغير مشروط على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة أدناه

البنود الأساسية والموافقة

القبول الملزم يعد استخدامك لهذا النظام موافقة صريحة وملزمة على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة هنا، وتنطبق هذه الموافقة وفقاً لقانون المعاملات الإلكترونية الفلسطيني والقوانين الدولية ذات الصلة.
الغرض من النظام تم إنشاء هذا النظام لأغراض إنسانية وإحصائية بحتة لتوثيق وحصر الأسر النازحة في محافظات غزة، ولا يجوز استخدامه لأي أغراض أخرى.
الصلاحية القانونية تعتبر هذه الشروط عقداً ملزماً بينك وبين إدارة النظام وفقاً لأحكام القانون الفلسطيني والقوانين الدولية المعمول بها.

مسؤولية المستخدم الكاملة تتحمل كامل المسؤولية القانونية والإدارية عن صحة ودقة المعلومات التي تقدمها، وتقر بأن أي معلومات خاطئة قد تعرضك للمساءلة القانونية.
الاستخدام المسموح يُسمح باستخدام النظام للأغراض الإنسانية والإحصائية فقط، ويُحظر استخدامه لأي أغراض سياسية أو تجارية أو غير قانونية.
الحفاظ على السرية تتحمل مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف آخر.

معالجة البيانات يتم التعامل مع بياناتك بسرية وفقاً لأحكام قانون حماية البيانات الفلسطيني واللوائح الدولية ذات الصلة، مع العلم أن الحماية المطلقة غير مضمونة.
مشاركة البيانات قد يتم مشاركة البيانات المجمعة مع الجهات الإنسانية المصرح لها لأغراض الإغاثة والمساعدات فقط.
حقوق المستخدم يحق لك طلب تصحيح أو حذف بياناتك الشخصية، مع الالتزام بالإجراءات القانونية المتبعة.

عدم الضمان يقدم النظام "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، ولا تتحمل الإدارة أي مسؤولية عن دقة أو اكتمال أو موثوقية البيانات.
حدود المسؤولية لا تتحمل إدارة النظام أي مسؤولية قانونية أو قضائية أو تعويضات عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام النظام.
القوة القاهرة لا تتحمل الإدارة المسؤولية عن أي انقطاع أو توقف في الخدمة بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها بما في ذلك الظروف الطارئة والأزمات.

التعديلات تحتفظ إدارة النظام بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، وتكون التعديلات نافذة فور نشرها.
الاختصاص القضائي تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، وتكون محاكم غزة مختصة بالنظر في أي نزاعات تنشأ عنها.
الفصل في البنود إذا تم الحكم بعدم شرعية أي بند من هذه البنود، يظل باقي البنود ساري المفعول وكاملاً.

Binding Acceptance Your use of this system constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of all terms and conditions herein, applicable under Palestinian Electronic Transactions Law and relevant international regulations.
System Purpose This system was created solely for humanitarian and statistical purposes to document and census displaced families in Gaza governorates, and may not be used for any other purposes.
Legal Validity These terms constitute a binding contract between you and the system administration under provisions of Palestinian law and applicable international regulations.

Full User Responsibility You bear full legal and administrative responsibility for the accuracy of information provided, and acknowledge that any false information may subject you to legal accountability.
Permitted Use System use is permitted only for humanitarian and statistical purposes. Any political, commercial, or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality Maintenance You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and not sharing them with any other party.

Data Processing Your data is handled confidentially according to Palestinian Data Protection Law and relevant international regulations, with the understanding that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
Data Sharing Aggregated data may be shared with authorized humanitarian entities for relief and assistance purposes only.
User Rights You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to established legal procedures.

No Warranty The system is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties, and management assumes no responsibility for data accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability System administration shall not be liable for any legal, judicial responsibilities or compensation for any direct or indirect damages resulting from system use.
Force Majeure Management is not responsible for any service interruption or suspension due to circumstances beyond its control including emergencies and crises.

Modifications System administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, with modifications effective immediately upon publication.
Jurisdiction These terms are governed and interpreted according to laws of the Palestinian National Authority, with Gaza courts having jurisdiction over any arising disputes.
Severability If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
